We maintain a private list of off-market or upcoming properties that are available upon request. Once a match is found, our team will coordinate viewings and assist with the full leasing process—including applications, background checks, and lease preparation.

How can I pay my rent?

LovEm Group makes rent payment seamless through the Tenant Portal. Tenants can securely pay rent using the following methods:

  • ACH bank transfer

  • Debit or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover)

  • Cash payments via participating retailers (like CVS or 7-Eleven)

  • Auto-pay setup to avoid missed payments
