Absolutely. We specialize in helping expats and remote clients manage U.S.-based document needs from anywhere.

Anything legal, formal, or important — including notarized forms, contracts, power of attorney docs, and more.

Do I need to mail you the documents first?

Nope! Just upload them securely through our intake form, and we take care of the rest.

How do I know my documents were sent?

You’ll receive a tracking number, confirmation photo, or delivery notice based on your service selection.

Can I schedule recurring services?

Yes! Contact us for ongoing mail, court, or state submission support.

What happens if my uploaded document is corrupt or unreadable?

If we receive a file that’s corrupted, blank, or cannot be opened, we’ll pause the order and notify you right away by email. You’ll have the option to upload a corrected version at no extra charge.

For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend uploading documents in PDF format and previewing them before submitting. This helps avoid delays in mailing, apostille, or filing.

If we don’t receive a working copy within 48 hours of notification, your request may be canceled and refunded (minus any processing fees already incurred).
